Gym with my Bubbie!

I went to the gym today a bit early because I have an early clinical the next morning.  And guess who joined me? My loving bubbie!

He really helped me with my form and really pushed me!  It was great going to the gym with him.  I wish he could go with me more often.  143 FH!

if yahll didnt know..

i have 80 days to go and 20lbs to lose!

im eating boiled chicken and steamed veggies.

im at the gym 5 (hope 6) days a week.

lets do this!

if i lose 10lbs (more realistic) ill be happy as well.

feeling like throwing up = a fucking good workout

My diet wasn’t good today but drank lots n lots of h20..

10 miles stationary bizzzike!

Trying to do the 300 Miles in 30 Days uh, I had a free day yesterday because I had some wedding stressors and I had to study like madd… but I hope to achieve this goal.  Seems more attainable than the c25k for me right now.. 

30miles done so far! started on sunday :)

& I have a lovely gym partner! My MOH!! 

Can’t wait for tomorrow’s diet & workout.  the FH filled the fridge with lovely fruits and veggies.. yumm!

I think I’ll bag 30DS for now. 

Worked out late with my bro and chilled with the stationary with 10 miles.  It’s getting quite boring though.  Maybe I’ll try the elliptical tomorrow.

TOday!

I need to brush up on my eating habits and replenish my fridge with healthy food..

But exercise-wise..

I was able to wake up early today and restart 30DS.  I wanted to go double time on it and do the second phase.. but I was sooo out of it.. 

But in the early evening I was able to check out my bro’s gym at his new complex and did the stationary bike for 10miles. :) and worked out my legs..

excited about tomorrow!

I’m backkk!

Today I woke up & I knew I had to make a change.  I had to be positive and I had to focus on my goal of FITTING INTO MY DRESS!

A little recap because it’s been awhile:

I WAS working out and eating right diligently.. I lost a comfortable amount of weight.. went dress shopping.. fit perfectly into my dress (sales lady said I shouldn’t lose any more weight because I was perfect for my size).  AND.. a month later.. gained it all back!! :(((

terrible.. So here I am, pleading desperately with my body, to please drop the weight.  I have 117 days until my wedding!! & 20 lbs to drop.  WAIT. just to clarify, I didn’t gain 20lbs in 1 month, I gained back like 5.  So I’ll be happy if I just lose 10 and if I tone my arms and tummy.

My ultimate weight loss goals are:

  1. Fit Into The Dress
  2. Wear a two-piece bikini on my honeymoon.
